Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! We provide delivery, setup, and teardown services across all our service areas. Delivery fees vary based on location, order size, and event details - contact us for a custom quote.
What is the rental deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. All deposits and prior payments are non-refundable. All orders are subject to a 10% cleaning fee.
Can I see the items in person before booking?
Yes - you're welcome to visit our Fort Langley property by appointment to see the specific item(s) you're interested in. Contact us to schedule a time that works for you.
